Job Summary
As a Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer (18584), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and deliver scalable enterprise automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath and Power Automate combined with AI-driven automation technologies
- Lead the architecture and implementation of automation environments including infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and scalability planning
- Develop intelligent workflows leveraging AI capabilities such as document understanding, automation copilots, and agentic AI to enhance business processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and implement high-impact automation solutions
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience developing and delivering automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise automation architectures
- Experience leveraging AI-enhanced RPA capabilities such as UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or Power Automate Copilot
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or similar for automation and integrations
- Experience working with APIs, integration patterns, and orchestration platforms in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and modern DevOps practices
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability practices for automation reliability
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills in cross-functional technical environments
