We at Coforge are hiring Position (#21323) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
Develop and optimize automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
Build AI-driven workflows leveraging Agentic AI concepts, AI models, and modern automation frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to identify automation opportunities, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, or Automation Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience developing scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages.
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI and AI-driven automation solutions.
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into automation workflows.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with UiPath AI Center, Microsoft AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Relevant certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure technologies.
