Job Summary
As a Senior Project Manager (20105), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment between drilling subject matter experts and technical development teams.
- Manage and monitor the critical project path, particularly the data preparation and cleaning phases, to prevent delays and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate and oversee the Shadow Mode phase, ensuring proper parallel testing and validation of model performance before deployment.
- Track project KPIs and ensure delivery against business objectives such as ROP optimization and vibration reduction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience managing complex technical or data driven projects in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience managing sprints, backlogs and team velocity in Agile environments.
- Hands on experience using project management tools such as Azure DevOps Boards, MS Project or Jira.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate project status and risks to leadership.
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams including technical developers and subject matter experts.
- Ability to identify project risks related to data availability, technical performance or operational adoption and implement mitigation plans.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple project phases and dependencies.
- Basic understanding of technical or engineering environments to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
