Job Summary
As a Senior Salesforce Developer (139975001), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and implement end-to-end data ingestion, integration, and mapping solutions into Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Build and maintain identity resolution and data unification processes to ensure accurate customer profiles and golden records
- Develop scalable pipelines and integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and ETL tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enrich CRM data, support migrations, and enable data-driven business use cases
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and platform customization
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), including data ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as Azure, Oracle, or Siebel
- Experience with ETL tools or processes such as Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, or Databricks
- Strong understanding of data modeling, large-scale data processing, and integration design patterns
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency for daily communication with clients and cross-functional teams
