We at Coforge are hiring Tech Lead SR- Fullstack Python + Angularwith the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, distributed fullstack applications with secure, maintainable, and high-performing architecture.
- Independently translate complex functional and non-functional requirements into robust technical solutions across backend and frontend layers.
- Lead and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and modern web user interfaces.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability across services and UI components.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, and usable technical documentation.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and advocate for engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Actively participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Solid experience with Django and/or other modern Python web frameworks.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with caching and messaging technologies such as Redis.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure application design.
- Knowledge of modern frontend architecture, reusable components, state management, and responsive UI development.
- Experience with testing strategies across backend and frontend layers.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a leadership capacity.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in frontend development with Angular.
- Experience with asynchronous/background processing tools such as Celery.
- Experience with multi-tenant architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience integrating with third-party systems and enterprise platforms;
- Familiarity with security best practices for externally facing applications;
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
