We launched ENDVR in 2019 to help retail brands connect with frontline store teams. Our platform empowers sales associates and boosts wholesale revenue for brands by delivering product education, sales incentives, and display maintenance campaigns directly to the sales floor. We provide brands with real-time performance data, helping them see clear returns on investment and improve the in-store customer experience.

We work with brands such as Smith, Vuori, Burton, K2 Sports, Salomon, Keen, and Blundstone. We track metrics like total sell-through, average sell-through per dollar rewarded, average sales increase on a same-store basis, and the number of frontline sales associates in our network.
Our story started in February 2017 with NewKnow, a platform for employee training and communication for retailers. In January 2019, NewKnow rebranded as ENDVR, and we expanded our tools to engage brands, retailers, and store staff. By September 2019, brands like Burton and SPY were already using ENDVR’s sales contest features. G2 recognized ENDVR in its 2024 Best Software Awards.

Team & Culture
We are a team of 11-50 employees. Our co-founders are Steve Gendron (CEO), Jaffray Hill (CFO), and Bruno Portela (CTO). Steve brings over 20 years of experience in retail, distribution, and wholesale. Jaffray has a background in finance, project management, and fashion, having worked for the Bank of Canada and founded a fashion label. Bruno has over 21 years of experience in software engineering, specializing in high-performing application design.
