About the Role
We’re looking for a Go To Market Specialist to help Eneba unlock growth in new and emerging markets. We are in search of an experienced GTM owner whose core responsibility will be to explore new markets end-to-end. This role will be crucial to support and lead Eneba for new market entry by building the necessary local insights, connections, and validation. You will work closely with Commerce, Payments, and Marketing teams to design region-specific growth playbooks grounded in real local expertise.
About the Team
You’ll join an international, cross-functional Go To Market / Growth team focused on scaling Eneba globally. Key projects include new market entries, Building repeatable GTM playbooks and Improving market readiness across payments, pricing, and localization
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international expansion strategies to drive growth in new markets.
- Identify key market trends, consumer behaviors, and local dynamics to inform strategy and execution.
- Work cross-functionally with Commerce, Payments, Marketing, and Product teams to launch and scale digital prepaid credit products across multiple global markets.
- Build and document region-specific go-to-market playbooks based on local insights. Identify market blockers early (payments, pricing, trust, localization, regulations) and drive solutions.
- Act as the internal expert and advocate for local market realities.
Requirements
- Experience entering new markets — candidates should have done something similar before, ideally in a marketplace, gaming, fintech, or digital gift cards sectors.
- Strong ownership and autonomy — this role requires finding a way to deliver results without clear or step-by-step guidance.
- Strong relationship-building skills — ability to work with local markets, experts, and partners and extract relevant, actionable insights.
- Strong data understanding; ability to validate ideas and decisions with numbers.
- A systemic approach —You should be able to understand root causes, identify blockers, and design structured solutions.
- Strong execution mindset — focused on getting things done, rather than explaining why something can’t be done.
- Low-maintenance and proactiveness; comfortable working autonomously while raising problems and proposing solutions.
