As our business grows, our Belgrade-based Marketing Team is looking for Digital Marketing Interns to join us. If you’re enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and curious about e-commerce and paid marketing, we’d love to meet you.

What You will Do
As our Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our experienced marketing team to gain hands-on experience with real campaigns and tools. You will have an opportunity to work on different aspects of digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Facebook ads, marketplaces, but you’ll also have the chance to explore many other areas of e-commerce marketing.
During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Creating engaging visuals using AI tools to support marketing and content initiatives
• What you will learn: How to write effective prompts, evaluate visual quality, and understand what performs best across different audiences and platforms
- Website management and coordination, including content updates, testing improvements, and ensuring smooth performance on the WordPress platform
• What you will learn: How WordPress works, how to test and optimize changes, refine details, and continuously improve the online presentation of our product range
- Supporting and optimizing PPC campaigns, product feeds, keyword research, ad copy, A/B testing, and performance tracking across multiple markets
• What you will learn: How to structure and manage paid campaigns, analyze key performance metrics, optimize based on data insights, and confidently use tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values learning, curiosity, and hands- on approach.
Requirements
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
A strong interest in digital marketing, especially paid ads
Basic understanding of how online advertising works (even if only from school or self-study)
Comfortable with numbers and analyzing data
Attention to detail and a curious mindset
A team player who’s also comfortable asking questions and taking initiative
Bonus points if you:
Know your way around Excel or Google Sheets
Are already familiar with ad platforms or analytics tools
Preferred Background
Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or similar fields
Self-taught? Completed a bootcamp? If you’re passionate and motivated, we want to hear from you too
