ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the Home & Living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade, London, and Barcelona, we sell through localized e-commerce platforms across the UK, North America, Europe, and APAC.
We are looking for resourceful, well-organized, and hard-working interns to start their careers in the fast-growing world of international e-commerce from our downtown Belgrade office.
Our new colleagues will work closely with the Sourcing team, helping to maintain accurate product and inventory data that supports business decisions across more than 20 international markets. By ensuring information is reliable and up to date, you will contribute directly to delivering the right products to customers when they need them and play an important role in the continued success of our business.
Responsibilities
Learn how the sourcing function operates within an international e-commerce business, including product organization, inventory planning, supplier ordering, and data management;
Understand what information can be effectively managed through systems and where deeper business understanding and analysis are required;
Provide accurate data and insights to support business decisions, with guidance and mentorship from experienced team members;
Stay up to date with new AI platforms and tools that can improve the speed, quality, and overall analysis of large volumes of information.
Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate with strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data;
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy;
Commercial mindset with the ability to understand how data impacts customers and business performance;
Team player who thrives in a diverse and hard-working environment;
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written (this is an international environment and the working language is English);
Smart and responsible user of AI tools who leverages technology to learn, improve, and increase productivity rather than outsource critical thinking and decision-making.
