This role exists to bring structure, clarity, and ownership to an inherently complex logistics environment.
We are hiring Senior Logistics Operations Specialists to take full execution ownership of our logistics and fulfilment operations. This is a hands-on, detail-critical role. It is not about strategy decks or high-level coordination - it’s about making sure things are done correctly, on time, and consistently, across multiple warehouses, couriers, and markets. You will report directly to the Head of Operations Manager and play a central role in ensuring logistics supports - rather than undermines - customer trust.

What you will own
As Senior Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Owning on-time shipment execution across markets, ensuring orders are correctly prepared, optimised, shipped, and delivered
Preparing, reviewing, and validating shipping lists and order documentation
Creating, documenting, and continuously improving logistics protocols
Ensuring processes are followed consistently by internal teams and external partners
Actively monitoring daily operations to identify risks, delays, or inaccuracies before they escalate
Tracking execution, and following up until completion
Managing and validating stock levels and inventory accuracy across multiple locations
Reviewing and validating supplier, courier, and partner invoices
Maintaining tight cost control, flagging deviations and identifying savings opportunities
Coordinating customs documentation for non-EU shipments
Acting as a primary point of contact with warehouses, couriers, and logistics partners
Working closely with customer service to ensure logistics execution supports a strong customer experience
Using AI tools and automation to improve planning, reporting, forecasting, and issue detection
What you will not be doing
To be clear, this role is not: Passive coordination without ownership; Firefighting without root-cause fixes or “Just forwarding emails” between teams. You are expected to own outcomes, not just activities.
Requirements
Highly detail-oriented and execution-focused
Comfortable working in high-intensity, fast-moving environments
Calm, structured, and decisive under pressure
Proactive in spotting and fixing problems early
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in logistics, fulfilment, or operations
Practical experience managing shipments, warehouses, or logistics partners
Strong organisational and planning skills
Good numerical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Strong written and spoken English
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes
Comfortable using AI tools to improve operational efficiency (not as a shortcut, but as support)
A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.

Based in Belgrade
In-office Monday to Thursday with the option to work Remote Fridays
