We manage the lifecycle of heavy industrial equipment. For over 100 years, we have specialized in repairing, remanufacturing, and modernizing machinery. Our expertise covers metal stamping, forming, pressing, and forging, along with steel, aluminum, and other manufactured metal production. We service various OEM presses, components, and related parts.

Our services include repairing, remanufacturing, and modernizing mechanical, servo, hydraulic, hydroforming, and forging presses used in metal forming. We also offer new stamping and forging press equipment, field services, spare parts, control and lube system upgrades, advanced engineering, CNC machining, welding and fabrication, inspection services, and preventative maintenance. Our Field Service technicians provide complete on-site equipment maintenance, repair, and optimization services, including ²⁴⁄₇ emergency availability.

We manage entire lines of production machinery and component restoration for metal processing industries, from coke ovens to final finishing stations. Our engineering and design experts focus on making equipment more reliable and maximizing process output. We were founded in 1941.

Our Engineering Team’s mission is to increase client output, help clients avoid equipment downtime, and integrate modernization solutions when possible. We achieve this by proactively analyzing equipment, managing projects, and using technology to design solutions that anticipate potential failure points and prevent catastrophic shutdowns.

We have 201-500 employees. Our Field Service technicians work on-site, providing ²⁴⁄₇ emergency services and comprehensive maintenance. Regional Sales Managers work remotely in their assigned territories, collaborating with internal teams to manage client relationships and achieve sales objectives.
