Scope of responsibilities:
Designing and developing scalable applications using Node.js and React
Working with MongoDB, including schema design and performance considerations
Taking ownership of the technical domain and making independent architectural decisions
Building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines
Supporting production systems and handling support tickets when needed
Collaborating closely with stakeholders, ensuring transparency in technical decisions
Operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to ramp up quickly
Ensuring high code quality through reviews, best practices, and clean architecture
Here’s a set of skills we require:
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React
Solid expertise in MongoDB
Practical DevOps experience with a good understanding of CI/CD
Excellent communication skills and openness in decision-making
Fast learner, able to become productive quickly
Willingness to handle operational and support-related tasks
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
Familiarity with Kubernetes and/or Rancher
Experience with GitOps practices
Broad AWS knowledge, including: EC2, S3, ECS, Route53, CloudFront / CDN
English at C1 level or higher - daily communication
Excellent communication skills and transparency in decision-making
Nice to have experience with:
Working with large datasets, especially time-series data
Knowledge of databases suitable for time-series workloads
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers through: Code reviews, Specification reviews, Constructive feedback and knowledge sharing
