Founded in 2020, we offer IT services and consulting to help retailers digitize. We provide smart services, talent, and technology.

Our services include comprehensive B2B and B2C customer care. We respond to client and brand inquiries across all channels and resolve issues.

Our legal team oversees our company’s legal framework, advises on corporate matters, and manages contracts, labor issues, government compliance, and commercial operations law, especially regarding B2B/B2C issues, data privacy, and antitrust.

For commercial operations, we help with e-commerce, KPI and competitor analysis, and brand performance monitoring. Our client acquisition and partnerships team focuses on bringing in new customers, keeping existing ones, and building strong relationships with marketplaces and technology partners.

In logistics, we manage fulfillment and last-mile delivery. This includes optimizing warehouse operations, overseeing 3PL partners, and developing our own warehousing capabilities using standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technology like WMS and OMS.

Business excellence is another key area for us. We design, implement, and manage business and quality processes, handle project management, and drive operational improvements using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.

We also plan and execute short-form video campaigns, from creative development to delivery, ensuring they align with brand messaging. Additionally, we handle demand and supply planning, including data gathering, forecasting, and inventory management.
