Job Description
Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central, LLC is the largest potable water-testing laboratory in the US, with over 100,000 combined square feet of laboratory space and nearly 200 qualified staff at our California and Indiana facilities. We recognize water quality to be critical to public health protection, whether in water supplies or as a component of food and beverages. With our continued investment in emerging contaminant analyses and the ability to meet ever-more stringent standards, Eurofins Eaton Analytical provides clients with a trusted laboratory partner that can respond to their needs 24⁄7 from multiple locations.
Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central, LLC is seeking to add an Account Manager assigned to perform sales duties in our South Central (US) Regional Sales Territory.
Account Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identifying, qualifying and closing potential customers,
- Managing a sales pipeline and spending budget,
- Coordinating response to quote and proposal requests,
- Visiting current and potential customers,
- Attending regional and national industry conferences,
- Participating on industry committees,
- Making technical presentations and attending sales meetings
- Responsibilities will also include collaborating with Project Managers, as well as developing and maintaining a working knowledge of our firm, our customers and our laboratory operation. The primary target customer sectors shall include public water agencies, commercial laboratory partners, water quality consultants and Federal/State government entities.
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Professional, knowledgeable, confident and friendly demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer, Word and Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven record of accomplishment (at least 5 years) working with customers in a sales or customer service role.Commercial Laboratory or the Water Industry experience desired but not required.
- Willingness to travel approximately 8-10 days per month
- Must be located near in or around the Denver, CO area
- Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidate will work from a home office covering the South Central sales territory comprising; CO, KS, NM, OK, TX, AR and LA. Candidate must be located within driving distance from a major airport located in CO.
Starting Base Rate of $80-90K, based on experience. This position also provides a bonus incentive plan.
