Job Description
Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, in the Healthcare division, the Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of clients, processing orders, preparing and sending proposals, and ensuring smooth execution of sales agreements remotely. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, supporting Business Developers with client insights and order management, and tracking sales activities in the CRM system.
This position plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, timely order fulfilment, and achieving revenue targets through effective portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Support
- Manage a defined portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs promptly.
- Understand client requirements to provide tailored solutions.
Quoting & Sales Execution
- Prepare and send proposals and quotations on time.
- Follow up on offers to drive approvals and contract signings.
- Support clients through the sales process remotely, addressing questions and clarifying terms.
- Ensure timely closure of contracts to meet revenue targets.
Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain up-to-date client records and pipeline in CRM systems.
- Track key metrics such as order status, renewal dates, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on portfolio performance.
Support to Business Development
- Assist Business Developers by providing client insights, preparing preliminary offers, and supporting follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Business Developers to ensure seamless handover and alignment on account strategy.
- Process orders received by Business Developers’ customers, ensuring all details are accurately reported.
- Track sales activities on CRM system to ensure proper reporting.

Qualifications
Background & Experience
- 2 years previous experience in inside sales, customer service, business development, or account support
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred
- TIC industry experience is a strong advantage
- Exposure to lead qualification, quoting, order processing, or account management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field.
- Equivalent professional experience may substitute formal education
Language & Cultural Skills
- Italian; Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Ability to work in an international or multicultural environment
