Evolution

We develop and provide B2B online casino products and IT solutions. Founded in Sweden in 2006 by Jens von Bahr, Fredrik Österberg, and Richard Hadida, our goal was to bring live casino experiences to home users using new technology. We offer a full solution for online gaming operators, which includes creating product concepts, developing software, integrating with operator systems, providing technical solutions, and staffing. We also build our own studios. We offer online slots and live casino games, available ²⁴⁄₇ on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

While much of our growth has been organic, we’ve also expanded through acquisitions. We acquired Ezugi in 2018, adding another Live Casino option. In 2020, we bought NetEnt AB, which brought Online Slots and the NetEnt and Red Tiger brands into our portfolio. Subsequent acquisitions include Big Time Gaming and DigiWheel in 2021, and Nolimit City in 2022. Today, we operate under several product brands: Evolution, Nolimit City, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Ezugi, Big Time Gaming, and DigiWheel.
