We were founded in 2015 and operate in the Information Technology & Services industry. We provide hybrid mobile networking software for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and enterprises. Our platform connects mobile networks and industrial IoT (IIoT) applications.

Our solution combines telecommunication standards with cloud and edge computing technology. It offers an “Enterprise First” service framework that securely controls mobile networks and applications. Our patent-pending Platform as a Service (PaaS) gives you a single control plane to manage networking, security, and routing for devices and data across private and public mobile networks worldwide. We specialize in managed LTE core networks, automation and orchestration, private networking over LTE, security over Tier 1 wireless, LTE Intranet, and secure IoT over LTE.

Our platform turns existing 4G/5G public networks into connectivity services for businesses. It lets MNOs offer self-service solutions that fit into enterprise IT environments. The platform creates a secure, private data path from any device to your enterprise network, whether it’s connected via a private RAN or a public network. It connects to MNO networks using standard 3GPP interfaces. Enterprise IT teams can manage their SIMs and network segments through a white-labeled portal, applying consistent security policies to all connected devices. All mobile device data routes securely to the enterprise IT/OT network, where you can use your existing tools for monitoring and insights.

We support several key uses: hybrid private networks (extending connectivity from private campuses to public networks), secure branch connectivity for offices, retail sites, and warehouses, and IoT for assets like vehicle fleets and remote sensors that operate across both private and public networks.

We are a company with 11-50 employees. Our leadership team includes:

• Ryley MacKenzie, CEO and co-founder, with more than 20 years of experience in communications, technology, and security.
• Terje Strand, CTO and co-founder, who oversees the platform’s architecture, research, development, and intellectual property.
• Brian Anderson, COO and head of product, who also leads our Marketing and Customer Success teams. He brings experience in enterprise, mobile networking, and IoT software.
