Make a meaningful impact on the UK financial advice sector by shaping products that help advisers deliver better outcomes for their clients through data driven, compliant, and innovative solutions.
This role places you at the centre of product decision making, working closely with senior product leadership to influence solutions used by IFAs and wealth management firms across the UK. You will have the opportunity to work on modern, AI enabled products, collaborate across engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams, and directly engage with financial advisers to solve real world challenges. The position offers exposure to regulatory change, emerging technologies, and continuous learning in a flexible and supportive working environment.
Your key responsibilities as a Business Analyst will include:
Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, workflows, and user needs to support product development.
Translating complex business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborating with product managers, engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and adviser needs.
Acting as a subject matter expert on IFA and wealth management workflows, ensuring products meet regulatory and client servicing requirements.
Supporting backlog refinement, prioritisation, and delivery of high impact features within an Agile environment.
Using data and defined KPIs to assess product performance, identify risks, and support continuous improvement.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Analyst:
- You have proven experience working as a Business Analyst within fintech, wealth management technology, or financial services.
- You have hands on experience working with AI enabled products and evaluating data driven outputs.
- You are experienced in translating complex business needs into clear, structured documentation within Agile teams.
- You use analytical thinking and data insights to support prioritisation, decision making, and business impact analysis.
- If you have knowledge of the UK IFA or wealth management industry, including adviser workflows and regulatory considerations that would be a bonus.
