Joining us as a Business Development Manager means becoming an integral part of a high‑impact commercial team where your expertise directly influences how the investment industry meets critical regulatory requirements. You’ll work with innovative SaaS solutions across Registration & Filing, Calculations, and Regulatory Reporting, partnering with leading asset managers while growing your own knowledge of European regulatory frameworks.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams, gaining cross‑functional exposure and advancing your career in a global organisation investing heavily in professional development.

Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:

  • Driving pipeline growth and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales execution across the Regulatory Compliance Suite.
  • Working closely with marketing and a dedicated BDR team to accelerate demand generation.
  • Partnering with Client Success Managers to ensure a seamless and positive post‑sales experience.
  • Collaborating with Product teams to represent the voice of the customer and influence roadmap direction.
  • Building deep expertise in European regulatory requirements including AMF, PRIIPS, UCITS, and SFDR.
  • Establishing strong relationships with asset managers, fund administrators, compliance teams, and regulatory specialists across France.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Development Manager:

  • You must have a proven track record in Enterprise sales within the finance industry, preferably on the buy-side.
  • You are fluent in both French and English (C1), with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • You bring excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills that support long‑term client partnerships.
  • You are confident managing a sales pipeline, forecasting accurately, and leveraging CRM tools to drive efficiency.
  • You demonstrate a growth mindset, consistently developing your product knowledge and applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
