Join a dynamic commercial team where you will work directly with leading financial institutions, helping them maximise the value of FE fundinfo’s digital solutions across an exciting international client base.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your account management career through hands‑on experience, structured coaching, and exposure to a wide network of industry experts. You will work closely with Senior Account Managers, Sales Specialists, and Client Success teams while gaining direct insight into client strategy, digital product usage, and commercial growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities as a Junior Account Manager will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts, working to retain and grow relationships across the region.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients by building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and understanding their evolving needs.

  • Supporting upsell and cross‑sell initiatives by identifying opportunities and collaborating with Sales and Client Success teams.

  • Managing contract renewals, including pricing discussions, to ensure ongoing commercial value.

  • Providing feedback to internal teams to help ensure client needs are met and risks are addressed quickly.

  • Representing FE fundinfo at client events, conferences, and regional industry activities to strengthen brand presence.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Junior Account Manager:

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (C1 level).

  • You can understand and interpret client data in a clear and commercially focused way.

  • You thrive in a results‑driven environment and bring a self‑motivated approach to achieving account goals.

  • You demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.

  • You work effectively as a team player and bring a positive, adaptable “can‑do” attitude to collaboration.
