• You’ll get a budget for your home office. Some roles have a specific £3,000 GBP budget for equipment and home office needs.

• Our compensation system is transparent and fair. Total cash compensation for most roles ranges from £70,000 to £130,000 GBP, depending on your level, step, and location. Some positions also include a Baseline Freedom Salary of £60,000 GBP per year.
