  • Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve course content based on feedback and outcomes
  • All employees are expected to maintain and contribute to the QMS.

Required Qualifications and Desired Traits

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Education, Instructional Design, or related field

3–5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or technical training, preferably in a STEM or engineering-focused environment

  • Strong understanding of STEM education principles and project-based learning methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible learning experiences
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content development tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams

The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 USD annually based on experience.

We’re actively seeking teammates who:

  • Bring diverse perspectives and experience to our culture and company.
  • Excel at being part of a strong, empathetic team.
  • Thrive in an environment emphasizing respect, honesty, collaboration, and growth.
  • Have an ‘always learning’ mindset that celebrates learning, not just wins.
  • Help us continue to build a world-class organization that values the contributions of all of our teammates
