We are an investment banking firm founded in 2001, specializing exclusively in financial technology (FinTech). We define FinTech as the intersection of technology-based solutions and financial services.

We offer strategic and financial advisory services to CEOs and industry leaders. Our firm has received recognition, including “Dealmaker of the Year” and “Investment Banking Firm of the Year” from The M&A Advisor.

Steve McLaughlin, our Managing Partner and founder, previously worked as a senior investment banker in Goldman Sachs & Co.’s Financial Technology and Financial Institutions Groups. Other senior members also bring experience from similar groups at Goldman Sachs & Co.

We have offices in San Francisco, New York, Miami, and London.
