What you’ll do

Office

  • Run the office: manage the space, supplies, deliveries, IT stock, and make sure everything works seamlessly every day

  • Create a workplace people love: make the office a reflection of Finary’s brand - on-brand, comfortable, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail

  • Manage budget & procurement: track spend, forecast needs, negotiate vendor contracts, handle purchasing and invoicing

Events

  • Coordinate internal events: organise team events, offsites, onboarding logistics, and day-to-day perks that bring people together

  • Coordinate Finary One events: plan and execute private dinners, client meetups, and premium gatherings for Finary One clients

People

  • Support the employee lifecycle: ensure every new hire has their desk, equipment, and welcome ready on day one; manage offboarding logistics alongside Marie-Line

  • Support the CEO: handle ad-hoc requests, coordination, and daily assistant-style support

What we’re looking for

  • A strong sense of excellence & quality: you have high standards in everything, from how a room is set up to how a guest is greeted. Details matter to you.

  • 3+ years managing an office of 50+ people, ideally in tech or a startup

  • Budget & procurement experience: you’ve tracked spend, negotiated contracts, and found savings

  • Proactive by nature: you anticipate problems and fix them before anyone notices

  • Organised and rigorous: you document processes, track everything, and nothing falls through the cracks

  • Hospitality mindset: you genuinely care about the experience — for employees and for clients

  • Genuinely excited about Finary: you know the product, you get the mission, and this isn’t just any office manager role for you

  • Fluent in French: you’ll deal with vendors, building management, and local suppliers daily

  • Working English: comfortable communicating with the team and international clients

Nice to have

  • Background in luxury hospitality or premium services (palace hotels, luxury brands, high-end events) — brings a level of polish that’s hard to teach

  • Experience coordinating client-facing events (dinners, receptions, exclusive gatherings)

  • Interest in interior decoration and workplace design — an eye for aesthetics is a real plus

  • Tech/startup experience — you understand the culture and the pace

  • Managed an office move or fit-out

What we offer
