What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering infrastructure and cloud projects end-to-end
- Working with HP/Dell servers & SANs, VMware (and some Hyper-V), Cisco networking, Citrix, AWS, Azure, M365 and more
- Solution design, scoping, technical PoCs and project planning
- Solving complex technical problems across on-prem and cloud environments
- Implementing Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, IAM, Office 365, AWS services
- Helping integrate and modernise environments from new business acquisitions or onboarding newly acquired clients — influence architecture, standardise platforms, solve real complexity
- Collaborating with experienced engineers and TAMs to deliver best-in-class results
- Sharing knowledge with the Service Desk and mentoring others
- Staying ahead of the curve through partner events, internal training and certs

If you have most of the below, let’s talk:
Strong experience in infrastructure project delivery within an MSP or services environment
Deep knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)
Cloud skills: Azure AD Connect, Azure IAM, Office 365, Intune/MDM, Autopilot
Networking fundamentals — switching, routing, security
Exposure to scripting (PowerShell / VB)
Experience with backup solutions (Veeam or similar)
Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems
Bonus points for ConnectWise, Automate (LabTech), or SolarWinds experience
