We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Milan. As part of the Sales team, you will have the opportunity to become a key player in our regional Italian team. You will use your interpersonal and analytical skills to build and maintain long-term relationships, identify strategic approaches, conduct comprehensive market analysis, and generate leads to drive business objectives and enhance the growth of Flix on both global and local fronts.

About the Role

  • Manage and execute market strategies in collaboration with international sales and marketing teams, focusing on offline distribution channels such as travel agencies, tourist offices, selling points, and alternative points of sale
  • Optimize revenue streams and channel efficiency by identifying performance gaps and proposing solutions to enhance results in designated regions
  • Assist in the acquisition and development of reseller partners, ensuring effective communication and day‑to‑day operational support
  • Support the closing of commercial contracts and the execution of marketing campaigns to strengthen the Flix portfolio in the Serbian market
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure information remains up to date to support operational effectiveness
  • Coordinate strategic planning with the team leader and head of sales while managing local contracts, reporting market costs, and supporting budgeting processes
  • Provide performance updates to internal stakeholders, collaborate across teams to drive business success

Availability to travel approximately once every two months to visit partners is mandatory. A driver’s license is not mandatory, but a small plus.

About You

  • Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written Italian, and fluency in English
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales or account management
  • Strong social, communication, and analytical skills
  • High motivation for achievement and entrepreneurial drive
  • Ability to master basic and high-level reporting, and deep dive into defined challenges
  • Ability in project management is a plus
