A Day in the Life:
Prepare and submit LMIA applications
Manage work permit applications
Coordinate Permanent Residency (PR) applications, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), and other pathways
Advise clients and internal stakeholders on immigration processes, timelines, and eligibility criteria
Maintain accurate case files and documentation in compliance with IRCC and ESDC regulations
Ensure compliance with Canadian immigration laws and policies, staying current on regulatory changes
Liaise with government authorities (IRCC, ESDC, Service Canada) and respond to requests for additional information
Support new hires and extensions by coordinating immigration requirements with HR and recruitment teams
What We’re Seeking:
Licensed by ICCRC, or Equivalent
2+ years of experience in processing Temporary Resident Visa Applications within the immigration industry
$65,000 - $68,000 a year
