About FORM

We started in 2002, building mobile technology and AI tools for frontline workers in many industries. Our digital assistant helps teams with daily tasks, improves communication, and gives them real-time information to make quicker decisions. We help clients, including Fortune 500 companies worldwide, improve how they get work done.

We offer a platform that combines task management with image recognition, mostly for retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and field services. Our GoSpotCheck platform handles market execution, sales, merchandising, and customer experience. It includes a mobile app with image recognition to check planogram compliance and detect products on displays. FORM OpX helps leaders in safety, quality, manufacturing, and facilities manage workflows with low-code tools to control costs and meet compliance standards.

Our tools feature image recognition for product and price detection, PhotoWorks for automatic photo reporting, and Insights dashboards (powered by Looker) for real-time data analysis. We also offer communication features from our 2021 acquisition of Rodio’s technology, which lets field teams connect through direct messages, polls, and bulletins. We provide a customizable survey tool for feedback. Our platform integrates with other systems via an open API and includes a no-code task builder, a mobile app, real-time photo capture, automated alerts, and custom interfaces.

GoSpotCheck was founded independently in 2011. Both companies were acquired by Diversis Capital and joined forces in 2020. In 2021, we acquired ShelfWise for retail image recognition and Rodio for frontline communication. We partnered with Customer Impact in 2022 for third-party retail execution.
