We develop enterprise legal case management software for modern legal teams. Our connected platform unifies operations, insights, and communications, helping teams work faster, collaborate easily, and grow. Our software lets legal teams customize workflows, automate processes, and integrate various tools through its open API.

The platform manages high volumes of cases and contacts, handling millions of cases and documents. It offers fast search using AI-powered natural language processing. Users get granular permissions, real-time insights from customizable reports and dashboards, and a no-code automation builder for tasks, routing, time capture, and document creation. Document management includes advanced tagging and SharePoint integration. Communication tools link emails, SMS, notes, and calendar updates directly to cases, with AI generating summaries. The system also handles time tracking, expense management, and invoicing, integrating with accounting systems.

We founded Neostella in 2019 in Milwaukee, WI. We serve enterprise firms and high-volume legal teams in mass tort, personal injury, veterans’ benefits, and immigration. We support over 500 customers and have over 250 employees across offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Chicago, Illinois; Medellín, Colombia; and Guadalajara, Mexico.
