This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Operational Analyst to join the UK Product team within Form3.

This role will act as an operational product expert across Faster Payments, Bacs and SEPA payment products, analysing operational data and trends, whilst sitting at the intersection of Product, Operations, Engineering and Client teams.

Working within a cross-product and cross-regional remit, this role ensures that operational issues, customer pain points and platform-level risks are identified early and efficiently addressed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) across UK and Euro payment services.
  • Ensure that day-to-day operational insight, resilience considerations and non-functional requirements are consistently understood and applied across all UK and Euro products.
  • Support internal teams with client onboarding and service charges, and manage escalated product queries.
  • Support incident investigations and root cause analyses, identifying recurring issues and driving preventative improvements.
  • Ensure operational consistency for customers using multiple products, identifying cross-product issues and inefficiencies, and acting as a liaison between UK and Euro teams.
  • Coordinate business continuity and DR testing across products, ensuring that DR tests validate platform-level behaviour.
  • Collate aggregate NFRs across products, feeding NFR insights into product and platform roadmaps to ensure that platform capability reflects combined demand.

Essential

Form3’s Product team is a central function within the business, so we are looking for an ambitious and versatile Senior Operational Analyst who can act autonomously, whilst also working well as a key player within a wider team.

  • Experience in Operational Analysis or Service Management within the Payments or Financial Services industries.
  • Sound understanding of UK and/or Euro payment systems, including FPS, Bacs and SEPA.
  • Proven experience in incident management and resilience testing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience analysing operational data and trends, and providing key insights to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams.
  • The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Desirable

  • Experience onboarding Financial Institutions, with exposure to regulatory or scheme change.
  • Prior experience working with ISO 20022.
