We offer complete pre-sales home renovations to help agents sell homes faster and for more money. Our service manages the entire renovation, covering funding, design, and construction. A local Project Director customizes and oversees each project, identifying key updates and managing sub-contractors. We operate on a pay-at-close model, so agents and homeowners pay nothing upfront. Payment is collected from escrow when the home sells. We can also arrange additional services like staging and permits.

We use a transparent tech platform that lets agents and clients track progress and approve work throughout the project. We were founded in 2020 and work in real estate, specializing in remodeling, home renovation, pre-sale listings, interior design, and construction management. Our Project Directors are based in the regions they serve. They are the main point of contact for projects and are also skilled designers who work with agents and homeowners on the project scope and design. We don’t have caps on project scope or size; we approve renovations that increase a home’s selling price.

Our mission is to help homeowners sell their homes on their terms and get the most profit from their biggest asset. We see that selling a house “as-is” often means it sits on the market longer, sells for less, and buyers prefer finished properties. By making presale renovations easy, we aim to ensure homeowners aren’t at a disadvantage.

We are a company of 11-50 employees in a fast-paced startup environment. Our team brings experience from both residential real estate and software, with backgrounds from companies like LendingHome, Zillow, Made, and Apple. This helps us understand the industry, deliver great customer experiences, and build our software.

On the product team, roles often combine technical leadership with individual contribution. Engineers are expected to code a lot, set technical direction, and mentor junior engineers, with a focus on end-to-end ownership and practical impact.
