We are currently looking for a motivated Finance Manager (f/m/d) who will  support the team regarding Finance and also Controlling activities and who will further professionalize this area.
The position can be part-time (min 50 %) or full-time and is based in Hamburg.
How would you spend your time if you join us?
You will work in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders, tax advisors, auditors and banks
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
Post journal entries and ensure proper account coding
Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger entries
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
You will establish an efficient process of monthly, quarterly, and annual HGB financial reporting to ensure constant availability of accurate and timely financial- and management reports
Who Are You?
You have a degree in business administration or undertaken a comparable commercial training and 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting
You have very good knowledge of HGB
You are confident in the use of MS Office programs (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g. Datev, Netsuite, Diamant)
You carry a high level of IT/technology/tool affinity
You are analytical by nature, stress resistant and assertive
Your strategic and entrepreneurial mindset allows you to easily solve problems
You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a hands-on mentality
You quickly take responsibility for new topics and enjoy adapting to a constantly changing and dynamic work environment.
German language skills on C2 level (spoken and written) and English language skills on C level are required
