Your mission
In this role, you’ll shape how our brand shows up in the world. You’ll own our brand narrative, content, and creative strategy across campaigns, channels, and regions, ensuring everything we put into market is clear, consistent, and impactful.
You’ll think strategically, act creatively, and operate confidently across teams, agencies, and leadership. By leading a multidisciplinary team of four and partnering closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, and Sales, you’ll ensure brand and content meaningfully drive awareness, demand, and ABM success.
Your responsibilities
Lead the Brand & Content Strategy team
- You’ll lead, and develop the Brand & Content Strategy team, which ladders up to the Brand Marketing Lead.
- You’ll coach and support team members in developing their strategic capabilities, helping them grow from strong executors into confident strategic thinkers.
Own brand, narrative, and content strategyYou’ll own brand, narrative, and content strategy
- You’ll lead the development and evolution of our brand narrative across campaigns, channels, and regions.
- You’ll define messaging frameworks and story arcs that support awareness, demand, and ABM motions.
- You’ll ensure brand consistency, quality, and clarity across all touch points.
- You’ll guide your team to translate strategy into clear, scalable content systems and execution plans.
- You’ll partner with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Growth, and Partnerships to connect content to pipeline and expansion.
Drive brand-led campaign and creative excellence
- You’ll lead brand campaign strategy, ensuring every campaign strengthens long-term brand equity.
- You’ll partner closely with our internal creative team and external agencies to deliver distinctive and consistent brand work.
- You’ll define thought leadership platforms and editorial points of view that build authority with priority accounts.
- You’ll act as a steward of our brand voice, tone, and creative principles.
Your story
- You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our London office twice a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
- You bring 8+ years of experience in brand, content, or integrated marketing, with proven experience working across allbound and ABM marketing models.
- You have managed experienced teams in the past, and enjoy fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- You bring a strong understanding of creative development, and how to work effectively with agencies to bring ideas to life.
- You’re fluent in marketing and creative workflows, and know how teams plan, build, review, and scale work across the organisation.
- You’re able to translate business priorities into clear brand and creative briefs that inspire strong ideas, not just outputs.
- Your written and verbal communication skills in English are excellent.
