We’re seeking a Senior Investment Controller (f/m/div.) to drive financial transparency and strategic decision-making for our dynamic venture portfolio and corporate investment vehicles. About the Position
Pioneer and implement a comprehensive investment controlling framework (reporting, KPIs, valuation, liquidity) for our ventures.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing decision-oriented insights to management and investment committees. Your ability to stand firm and convey complex financial stories will be key.
Conceptualize and build a state-of-the-art reporting landscape tailored for a corporate venture builder.
Engage confidently with diverse stakeholders, mastering challenging discussions to ensure financial clarity.
Leverage digital (i.e. Excel, SAP, PowerBI) tools to streamline processes and enhance transparency.
Experience
Track record in investment controlling within VC, PE, or corporate venturing. Bosch Group Senior Investment Controller (f/m/div.)
Ability to transform complex financial data into clear, persuasive narratives for executive audiences.
Eagerness to design and implement new structures and proactively navigate dynamic environments.
Confident communicator with the gravitas to assert your perspective and influence senior stakeholders
Master’s/MBA in Finance, Business, or related, with a strong affinity for datadriven process optimization
Business fluency in English is essential.
