ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Product Designer who understands component-based design at a deep level. Someone who’s built design systems that actually work - where components are living tools, not static libraries. Someone who can take our solid foundation and make it the engine that powers faster shipping, better consistency, and more ambitious products.
You’ll have creative freedom, a product team that moves fast, and the chance to build a design system that becomes legendary. Your job is to elevate everything - make our components smarter, our system more powerful, and our team faster.
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
Component-Driven Design
- Design and evolve a component library that scales with our ambition
- Build components that are beautiful, functional, and production-ready
- Work with engineering to ensure components are truly usable and maintainable
- Create a design system that enables the team to ship faster without losing quality
- Design Leadership Without the Politics
- Drive web product design that sets a new standard in fintech
- Partner with product and engineering to ship products at speed
- Bring your fintech expertise to strategy - your perspective shapes what we build
- Use AI tools and modern practices to eliminate busywork and focus on what matters
Speed & Craft
- Move from concept to shipped product in weeks, not months
- Apply best practices from the best fintech companies - and invent new ones
- Set the design standard that the team follows.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- At least 3 - 4 years shipping products at fintech companies or scaling startups
- You have proven expertise in component-based design and design systems - you’ve built and maintained component libraries that scaled
- You have deep fintech expertise - you understand payments, banking, and B2B financial workflows
- You’re an expert in design systems tools
- You understand the relationship between design and code - components that work for both
- You’re comfortable working solo but thrive in collaboration
- You’re excited about impact, not titles
- You’re energized by complexity and systems thinking, move fast but never compromise on craft
- Fluent English
