THE ROLE:
Join the Genius team helping sportsbooks level up with live data, expert services, and fan-first experiences that drive global engagement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Providing customer support to our clients
- Solving and prioritizing incoming requests
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Creating and maintaining a knowledge base
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Excellent communication inboth written and verbal English
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence with various computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while working independently and under pressure
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus
