Genz-Ryan has provided home comfort services in the Twin Cities metro area for over 75 years.
We specialize in residential heating, cooling, plumbing, indoor air quality, and electrical work. Our services include hydronics, drain cleaning, air conditioning, duct cleaning, heat pumps, mini-splits, EV chargers, and panel upgrades.
Jack and Rose Ryan, Louis and Greta Genz founded the company in Rosemount, MN, on January 1, 1950. We remain a family-owned and operated business. Jack’s sons took over leadership in 1997, and Jon Ryan became the sole owner and president in 2017.
We offer same-day service and installation, a Lifetime Guarantee on some services, and work with GreenSky for financing. We also provide 24⁄7 service.
