Team mission
Our FP&A team is all about empowering sustainable growth through strategic financial planning and data-driven insights, as a trusted business partner. You’ll be a key contributor to the team’s operational excellence while gaining comprehensive exposure to FP&A at a high-growth company.
Your mission
- Analyze business and financial performance, conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root cause and support budget, forecast and month-end activities
- Support forecast process improvements through automation of validation checks and reconciliation processes
- Support planning transitions by supporting file roll-overs and system configurations, gaining comprehensive knowledge of how FP&A systems are structured and maintained throughout the year
- Establish centralized documentation repositories for FP&A processes, workflows, and strategic planning materials using collaboration tools
Your toolkit
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field (enrolled Bachelor’s students must have completed at least 4 semesters)
- Your are curious with an analytical mind and enjoy working with and synthesizing data
- You are a team player, quick to grasp new ideas and have a reliable and conscientious manner
- You are proficient in standard business tools (Google Suite, MS Office); basic understanding of data warehouse architecture and database querying (e.g. SQL and Python) is a plus.
- You can commit to a minimum of 6 months and are available 40 hours per week
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
