Team mission
The IT Operations team ensures the stability, security, and reliability of the company’s IT environment. We enable all teams to work efficiently by providing seamless technical support, maintaining workplace infrastructure, and safeguarding company systems. As a central function, IT Operations plays a key role in business continuity, employee productivity, and information security.
As an IT Operations Specialist, you will contribute to operational excellence by owning helpdesk processes, improving IT systems, supporting infrastructure and AV technologies, and driving initiatives that enhance the overall employee IT experience.
Your mission
- Assist the IT Helpdesk by responding to support tickets and helping users with basic technical issues
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware preparation
- Help maintain and organize IT inventory and equipment storage
- Assist in updating IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal wikis
- Support the IT team in setting up video conferencing and AV equipment for meetings or events
- Contribute to small IT projects and system updates under guidance from senior team members
- Learn and follow IT security and company policies while helping users stay compliant
- Participate in improving IT processes and workflows by sharing ideas and feedback
Your toolkit
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (with at least 1 year remaining)
- Fast learner with a structured, solution-focused mindset
- Clear communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Calm under pressure, reliable, and well-organized
- Passionate about learning, continuous improvement, and experimenting with new ideas
- Fluent in English (working language)
