We design tools for grantmaking foundations. Founded in 2009, we offer grant management software for private and family foundations to help them manage grant processes and work with nonprofit partners more easily. Our products—GivingData Go, Pro, and Enterprise—are scalable for different sizes of grantmakers. They manage the entire grants lifecycle, allow real-time collaboration with grantees, give stakeholders useful insights, and track progress toward outcomes and impact.

Hilton Foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and the Houston Endowment. GivingData, Foundant, and SmartSimple now operate as one company. In 2024, our combined entities served over 3,350 organizations, facilitated over $17.5 billion in grants, and awarded over 21,000 grants.
