Our Woodland Hills, CA headquarters develops brands, creates formulas, and produces advertising and marketing content in-house. Our operations include Golden Customer Care, based in Salt Lake City, UT, which handles customer support. Golden Bolt, with facilities in Memphis, TN, and Chatsworth, CA, manages product fulfillment. Golden Pet Manufacturing in Germantown, WI, specializes in veterinarian-researched, freeze-dried pet food and treat products.

We also manage paid media campaigns, influencer partnerships, production logistics, national account management, field sales, and expand our retail presence.
