Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team and focus on hiring for our Customer division. To be successful in this role we’re looking for someone who has experience supporting hiring for marketing teams, ideally for direct to consumer business focussed on customer acquisition and retention.

This role reports into a Talent Acquisition Lead with a hybrid location of one day in our Shepherds Bush office.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we attract and hire brilliant talent across some of Gousto’s most high-profile teams: including Marketing, Brand, Buying, Customer Care, Food Proposition, & Sustainability and Insight. You’ll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, manage complex hiring campaigns, and lead best-in-class recruitment practices that deliver against ambitious goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams and the People function to define and execute effective recruiting strategies for roles in the Customer division, early on this will be working with the marketing teams
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring balanced and diverse candidate pipelines and a seamless experience throughout
  • Draft engaging, inclusive job adverts that represent Gousto’s culture and attract top-quality candidates
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify, engage and convert top talent into active candidates
  • Guide hiring managers through the hiring process, from briefing through to offer, ensuring clarity, alignment and great decision-making
  • Champion a high-quality candidate experience with consistent, timely and thoughtful communication
  • Apply talent data and insights to inform hiring decisions, improve process efficiency, and influence stakeholder thinking

Who You Are

  • Its essential you have experience hiring for mid-senior roles across marketing, and digital, and that you’ve done this working directly for an organisation, not just recruitment agency side
  • Other food, insights or customer teams would be beneficial
  • Strong sourcing expertise, able to build robust pipelines using a mix of channels and techniques
  • Trusted advisor to hiring managers, with the confidence and credibility to influence decisions using insight and data
  • Comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes end-to-end, with strong prioritisation and project management skills
  • Thoughtful communicator, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity, inclusivity and professionalism
  • Advocate for continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to raise the bar for hiring at Gousto
  • Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and representing the Gousto brand with pride
  • Collaborative and agile team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
