Our teams are motivated to provide custom offerings designed to help every potential client make the most of their partnership with Guidepoint.

The Business Development team in our Dubai office is seeking an Associate to join and support with building a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on Guidepoint’s growth while gaining exposure to a dynamic, global business model.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct targeted outreach via calls and emails to activate new clients
  • Build and nurture relationships between prospective clients and senior BD managers, scheduling meetings to advance opportunities
  • Partner with senior BD team members to create compelling content and materials that clearly communicate Guidepoint’s value proposition
  • Develop deep company and market knowledge to effectively articulate Guidepoint’s value to clients
  • Research target industries, sub-sectors, and companies to identify their challenges and information needs
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
  • Share actionable client and prospect feedback with leadership to refine outreach

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and extracurricular achievement
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the Middle East
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Arabic proficiency is a plus
  • Solid understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client relationship management
  • Resilient, comfortable making cold calls and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, capable of engaging high-profile clients
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and demonstrates initiative
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience using CRM & Sales tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
