Qsight is seeking a driven, intellectually curious individual who is passionate about surveys, market research, and data, ideally in the healthcare or aesthetics space. The Market Research Analyst will support our Tracker product and other healthcare initiatives. Tracker is a primary data offering that monitors growth and trends across multiple Aesthetics and MedTech markets. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the industry tools and technologies, including Qualtrics, Excel, and Tableau / Superset to collect and analyze aesthetics and healthcare market data.
This is a hybrid position out of our Mumbai office OR can be fully remote. The ideal candidate will be able to work US Eastern time zone (8 PM IST shift).
What You’ll Do:
- Demonstrate excellent analytical abilities and a thorough understanding of statistical analysis and survey methodology
- Assist in recruiting, managing, and maintaining ongoing relationships with panel members
- Oversee and manage monthly and quarterly volume and usage data collection from longitudinal panels of medical aesthetics and healthcare professionals for tracker data sets
- Coordinate, monitor, and execute market research project activities to meet our client’s project goals
- Contribute to the development and assessment of survey questionnaires, including survey programming and testing, and survey distribution
- Perform data collection and quality assurance activities
- Analyze market data points and trends and be able to answer related client inquiries
- Review, prepare, and approve data for monthly and quarterly release cycles
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or other BI tools to visualize longitudinal tracker data, enabling clients and internal stakeholders to monitor key trends and performance metrics
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through dynamic reporting and data visualization, ensuring accuracy and consistency across recurring deliverables
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree life sciences, sociology, economics, finance, market research, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience working with alternative data sources, with a focus on the medical Aesthetics and/or healthcare space highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in client-focused roles with time-sensitive deliverables
- Must have a passion for solving complex big data problems and a willingness to learn new technologies and tools
- Previous Experience in designing survey questionnaires, survey distribution, and validating and testing the surveys
- Prior experience with panel management / recruitment is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Qualtrics required, with experience with Tableau or other BI tools highly preferred
- Ability to work efficiently with team members to assess needs, provide support, and think critically
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision
- Strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and addressing client needs
