Your Role
In this role, you will support all aspects of the recruitment cycle by partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand the talent market, utilize recruitment strategies, and generate talent pipelines. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of critical talent acquisition projects, such as diversity & inclusion, HRIS, employer branding, and more.
A Day in Your New Role:
- Being a partner to your hiring stakeholders
- Work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to support recruitment strategies for immediate hiring and campus hiring in the region
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from job qualification to offer management and onboarding
- Manage active and passive pipeline of talent using appropriate sourcing strategies
- Maintain our recruitment tracking system, Greenhouse
- Providing timely updates on key market trends that relate to hiring, candidates, campus, etc
- Leverage data to create annual, bi-annual, quarterly, monthly or weekly reports with actionable items
Qualities You Have
- At least 3 to 4 years of recruiting experience, either in agency or in-house
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to speak a 3rd Asian language is desriable, such as Korean, Japanese or Mandarin
- Proven excellence in project management
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
