Job Description
The role
We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on, and commercially driven (Junior) Growth Manager to join our fast-growing brand: Factor, a healthy, ready-to-eat meal subscription service designed to fuel modern, performance-driven lifestyles.
Factor is one of the fastest-growing businesses within the HelloFresh Group, combining the agility of a scale-up with the backing, expertise, and infrastructure of a global food tech leader. From performance athletes to busy professionals, Factor is redefining convenient nutrition across Europe.
As we continue to expand across the Benelux region, we’re looking for a (Junior) Growth Manager who’s excited to help scale the brand locally, driving awareness, trial, and customer acquisition through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will work very closely with, and report directly to, the Sr. Growth Manager, supporting the execution and scaling of key growth initiatives across multiple marketing channels.
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the heart of both brand and performance marketing. You’ll contribute to both strategy and execution, helping to build a high-growth market while learning directly from senior growth leadership.
You’ll collaborate on a diverse range of channels including Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, Gift Cards, Flyers & Direct Sales, and more, while also supporting broader initiatives such as CRM campaigns, community building through social media, and local activations.
Above all, we’re looking for people who will make HelloFresh Group better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences. If this role excites you and you believe you’d thrive, we encourage you to apply, even if your experience doesn’t match every requirement.
If you’re excited by fast-paced environments, love testing new growth ideas, and want to help scale one of the most exciting nutrition brands in Europe, this role is for you.

- Contributing to CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives by supporting campaign execution and collaborating on email concepts tied to partnerships, launches, and activations.
- Supporting community and brand-building initiatives, including ambassador activations, local events, and social-driven growth activities.
- Monitoring campaign performance across channels, supporting reporting, and translating insights into optimization opportunities.
