As the Product Strategy Manager – ANZ, you will help turn the product strategy into execution across Australia and New Zealand. You will focus on the physical product and commercial strategy—including menu, recipes, concepts, and themes—rather than software or app management. This role is vital because the weekly menu is our core product, directly impacting customer satisfaction and growth.
This role is based in Chippendale (Sydney) and reports to the Associate Director of Product Strategy.
You will…
- Analyse recipe and SKU-level performance to translate data into clear recommendations and portfolio insights.
- Maintain and deliver the merchandising calendar, covering seasonal themes, cultural moments, and cuisine spotlights.
- Support the rollout of new concepts, portfolio changes (such as Classic, Healthy, or Family), and innovation ideas.
- Collaborate with Menu Planning and Culinary teams to ensure weekly menus accurately reflect planned themes and concepts.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Procurement, and Operations to communicate timelines and keep projects on track.
- Prepare structured slides, reporting packs, and documentation for senior stakeholder meetings and business reviews.
- Own and maintain dashboards and trackers to ensure product data is accurate and up to date.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and templates to speed up decision-making.
You have…
- 3–5 years’ experience in category management, merchandising, FMCG, strategy consulting, or retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working in Excel or Google Sheets and a high eye for detail.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to turn complex analysis into simple, clear summaries or slides.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders while meeting deadlines with high execution quality.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and a genuine interest in food and customer behavior.
