Job Description
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will identify, test, and scale business expansion opportunities for the Youfoodz brand. This includes innovating the existing direct-to-consumer subscription channel and venturing into the B2B space. You will move with speed and agility to prioritise and execute across top channels, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney and reports to the Director of Growth Youfoodz.
You will…
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new channel, feature, or partnership launches from end-to-end.
- Proactively identify and scope new channels or commercial models where Youfoodz can expand its Total Addressable Market (TAM).
- Analyse quantitative data and build models to aggregate insights that drive key business decisions.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and coordinate across functional teams to operationalise business opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in Growth Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Tech to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor market penetration and educate senior leaders on opportunities and risks over short and medium-term horizons.
- Provide regular reports to the Youfoodz and HelloFresh ANZ Leadership teams on progress toward business goals and OKRs.
You have…
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, or eCommerce.
- A highly data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy formation, including comfort with modeling.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, execute complex projects, and exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
