As a Senior Purchasing Coordinator, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting our Supply Chain Operations and Accounts Payable teams in processing and analyzing invoicing data to facilitate a 3-way match between what we have ordered, what we have received from our suppliers, and what we have been invoiced for, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Investigate and resolve complex quantity and price discrepancies, identifying patterns and root causes to prevent future occurrences.
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze invoice reconciliation data to identify opportunities for process improvements and present findings to leadership.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams acting as the Team Lead’s deputy.
- Lead initiatives to improve invoice reconciliation accuracy and efficiency through process enhancements.
- Influence stakeholders to standardize, implement improvements and minimize invoicing errors across multiple regions.
- Train and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and best practices in invoice reconciliation.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve escalated disputes and ensure prompt resolution of discrepancies.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience in invoicing, billing, accounting, or financial reconciliation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle experience preferred).
- Experience working with large datasets, performing root cause analysis, and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Language: English required; additional European languages (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
