As a Senior People Shared Services Associate, you’ll support end-to-end multi-state US payroll. You’ll partner with global HR/Benefits teams to ensure accuracy and report to leaders in the US and Manila. You will also be contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
End-to-End Processing: Manage high-volume, multi-state bi-weekly and weekly off-cycle payroll cycles with strict accuracy and timeliness.
Data Validation: Audit complex payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, shift differentials, and pay adjustments.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams to streamline inputs and ensure precise tax withholdings and deductions.
Employee Support: Act as a primary point of contact for payroll inquiries, resolving tickets professionally and efficiently.
Audit & Compliance: Support internal audits and maintain detailed documentation to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Process Optimization: Assist with system testing, reporting, and special projects aimed at scaling payroll operations for a high-growth environment.
What you’ll bring
Qualified Professional: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR with at least 3 years of comprehensive payroll experience, ideally within a Shared Services or multinational environment.
Technical System Expertise: Proficient in global HRIS/Payroll platforms (such as Workday, SAP, or ADP) and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data manipulation.
Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of U.S. multi-state payroll laws, tax withholdings, and statutory requirements; experience with payroll migration is a significant plus.
Analytical Rigor: Strong numerical skills with the ability to translate statistical data into actionable insights while maintaining extreme attention to detail.
Dynamic Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced e-commerce setting, working both independently and as a proactive team collaborator.
Integrity & Communication: Excellent multicultural communication skills with a demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
